Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website (the "Site"), why we collect it, and what rights you have. The Site is operated by Individual Entrepreneur EZ (ИП EZ), registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which is the data controller for the purposes of this policy.

The short version

We collect almost nothing. We never see your card details. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, and we do not build advertising profiles. The only personal data we normally hold is an email address, and only if you actually buy something.

What we collect

If you just visit and click around: nothing that identifies you personally. Your click count and which sounds you have heard are stored locally in your own browser (see "Local storage" below) and are never transmitted to us.

If you make a purchase: your email address and your country (needed to calculate sales tax), plus an order reference. If you choose to appear on the supporters list, we also store the display name you enter.

Automatically: our hosting provider processes standard server and traffic information, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, in order to serve the Site and protect it from abuse.

What we never collect

We do not receive or store your card number, CVC, or bank details. Those go directly to our payment provider. We do not ask for your address, phone number, or date of birth.

Payments

Payments are handled by Polar, which acts as Merchant of Record and independent data controller for payment data. They process your payment details, verify the transaction, and handle tax compliance under their own privacy policy. We receive only the limited order information described above.

Local storage

The Site uses your browser's local storage — not cookies — to remember three things on your own device: how many times you have clicked the character, which sound variations you have unlocked, and whether you have already purchased. This information stays in your browser, is not sent to our servers, and is not used to track you across other websites. Clearing your browser data erases it.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count page views and referral sources in aggregate. These analytics do not use cookies, do not fingerprint visitors, and do not collect data that identifies you individually.

Why we process your data

How long we keep it

Order records, including your email address, are kept for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax law, and then deleted. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider. A display name on the supporters list is removed on request at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers needed to run the Site: our payment provider (Polar), our hosting provider, and our email delivery provider. Each processes data on our behalf under its own agreement. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Some of these providers are located outside Kazakhstan, including in the European Union and the United States. Where personal data of EU or UK residents is transferred internationally, it is protected by the safeguards those providers have in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, these rights come from the GDPR; if you are in California, you have comparable rights under the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. Purchases require a valid payment method and should only be made by adults. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we update this policy, the new version will be posted here with a revised date at the top.
